As of July, 2024 this website will no longer be monitored or updated because the Quality of Life Research Unit has ceased to operate. Although you will no longer be able to order the validated instruments available on this website, the good news is that you will be able to download them here for no cost.

Please note that none of these instruments on this website are intended to be diagnostic. They are assessment instruments that were developed for use in research, but many of them have also been used in clinical and community settings. When using these instruments, interpretation of the results should be done by someone with training in/knowledge of psychometric testing and psychometric properties of validated instruments.
